Design Planning
Genre: Horror
The soundscape includes chewing gum being chewed, a pen being
tapped on a table and someone typing on the keyboard at a fast pace. The reason
why we used these sound examples was to build tension; alongside suspenseful
music, it would have built tension alluding to a climactic moment. This a
typical convention of our chosen genre that is horror, due to the simplistic
sounds used which create a good build up effect.
