A particular group at
which a product such as a film or advertisement is aimed.
Why is it useful to have a target audience?
It is
important to have target audience because it allows you as the director to know
who your filming for and what they would like. Also because you have a target
audience you can make it more entertaining and interesting so more people would
want to watch it. Also not having a target audience would be hard for when
producing a film as this is because you will find it difficult to add certain
elements in your production that please your viewers. .
