1st title sequence:
Lolita
The film producers (cast) are credited in the beginning and throughout the title sequence. A man takes a lady's foot and he gently places wool in between her toes and starts painting her nails affectionately. There is romantic music playing in the background as the title sequence continues. The opening to the film is shot at a medium angle. During the film opening there is not a narrator speaking in the background nor is there any moving images we can only see two characters (excluding their actual face), we see a man and a female and it looks as though they both will be the main characters in the movie 'Lolita'.
2nd title sequence
Gone Girl
In the beginning of this movie the "20th CENTURY FOX" and 'REGENCY ENTERPRISES' film production logo is shown, and then we are introduced to 2 characters, one male and one female. who are sharing an intimate moment together as he is stroking her hair. The narrator is talking in the background as the man who is stroking his wife/partners hair. He is briefly describing his wife.soon after there is a blank screen with white text appearing on the screen showing credit to two characters perhaps involved in the production of 'Gone Girl'
the rest of the title sequence is in a mixture of still and moving images. As the title sequence continues we are shown different settings/locations in the film, all shot at different angles and sizes for example there is a location shown in the opening scene which is of like a sea shot at an establishing shot, however there is also another location which is shot at an medium angle as the snippets continue, we are later introduced to a male character who seems very confused and lost through his facial expression, he then walks up to the front yard of a house which seems to be in America and starts walking towards the door, the opening sequence fades out towards the ending.
