'How can a film opening attract an audience?
A film opening can attract an audience through many ways. A film opening is a way of showing how it all began the very beginning of the movie, or it could be the ending of the film and doing it backwards. Film opening should be loud and bold so we when we go to watch it stands out and excites us. Something that is memorable, so that it stays with the them.
An example of a good film opening would be the movie 'God father 2'. This is because it shows the location and shows us how the (main character) a little boy is finding his way through guards in a new country. The scene finishes with the little boy starting out of the window, which triggers on questions such as does he escape this prison like atmosphere? Is it a good thing that he is in this place? By triggering these types of questions it would then lead the audience in to wanting to carry on watching the rest of the film.
